Work From Home
Work from home (WFH) refers to a work arrangement where employees perform their job duties from their residence or home, rather than commuting to a traditional office setting.
Work On-Site
Work on-site refers to a professional working arrangement where an employee performs their duties at a physical location, typically the employer’s office, a construction site, or a client’s premises
Hybrid Set Up
A hybrid set up refers to a flexible work arrangement that combines in-office, remote, and on-the-go work, allowing employees to choose where they work based on their preferences and needs
Steps to Take before start working with Purple Lotuss.
Job Application
Visit our career page and select a job that best fits your qualifications and standard, then hit the apply button.
Phone Interview
If your resume fits our needs we will schedule you for an initial phone Interview with our HR Lisa, to talk about the job and yourself.
Work Portal Account
You will create a work portal (account) on our website this is where you will login to work daily and your salary will be paid here.
Assessment
After Creating and verifying your work portal account, you will be invited to take an Assessment to evaluate your basic skills and competences.
Paid Training
After passing your assessment, you will be invited to start a 7 day paid training on how to start work and use your account properly.
Start Working
After your 7 days training you are good to start working after two days rest, you work 8 hours everyday on shifting schedule and 2 days rest between.
